Η Εύα γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα και ξεκίνησε τις σπουδές της στον κλασικό χορό σε ηλικία τρεισήμισι ετών, ολοκληρώνοντας όλα τα εκπαιδευτικά επίπεδα της Royal Academy of Dance. Παράλληλα, συνέχισε τις σπουδές της και στον μοντέρνο χορό (σύστημα I.S.T.D). Έδωσε εξετάσεις στο Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού και εισήχθη με υποτροφία στην Ανώτερη Επαγγελματική Σχολή Χορού «Χάρης Μανταφούνης»-Χοροχρόνος, απ’ όπου και αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Καθηγητών Χορού με άριστα. Είναι πιστοποιημένη δασκάλα του συστήματος βελτίωσης τεχνικής κλασικού μπαλέτου Progressing Ballet Technique.
Ολοκλήρωσε την εκπαίδευση της στη μέθοδο Pilates στην Base Training (Mat & Equipment) και ολοκλήρωσε την πρακτική της άσκηση σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο. Τέλος, είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Εκπαίδευσης και Αγωγής της Προσχολικής Ηλικίας, του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και έχει επιμορφωθεί πάνω στην Ειδική Αγωγή και Εκπαίδευση. Έχει χορέψει σε επαγγελματικές παραστάσεις και φεστιβάλ χορού και συνεχίζει να παρακολουθεί σεμινάρια καταξιωμένων καθηγητών χορού-χορευτών, καθώς και pilates. Διδάσκει κλασικό μπαλέτο, σύγχρονο χορό, Progressing Ballet Technique και Pilates σε παιδιά, εφήβους και ενήλικες με ενθουσιασμό και αγάπη για το επάγγελμα της.
Eva was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She started her studies in classical ballet at the age of 3 and has completed all levels of the Royal Academy of Dance. At the same time she developed her studies in modern dance (I.S.T.D system). She took exams at the Minister of Culture and Sports and was offered a scholarship to continue her studies as a professional dance teacher-choreographer in Harris Mantafounis-Horohronos Professional Dance School where she graduated with distinction from the Dance Teacher Department.
Eva is also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor. She has recently completed a pilates seminar in Base Training ( Mat & Equipment ) and has already completed her internship at a physiotherapy centre. She is also a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and has participated in seminars on Special Education. She has extended experience in professional dance shows-performances and dance festivals. She nevers rests when it comes to dancing, she is constantly looking for an interdisciplinary approach and continues to keep up with new techniques and trends by taking part in seminars with well-known dancers, choreographers, dance teachers and pilates instructors. She is currently teaching classical ballet, contemporary dance, Progressing Ballet Technique & Pilates in children, teenagers and adults full of enthusiasm, love and passion.
