Marilenia Georgiou was born in Athens in 1987.
She is a Certified Pilates Instructor from
Power Pilates Comprehensive
(600 hours practice in Mat,Reformer,Cadillac,Tower,High Chair,Wunda Chair,Ladder barrel,Spine Corrector,Small Barrel,Ped o Pull,Magic circle,Bands,mini balls) in levels beginner,intermediate and advanced with Teacher trainer Evgenia Papadopoulou in 2015.

Further Education:

2019-2021: LEAP workshop of the PILATES STANDARD created by Bob Liekens.A 14day further education workshop.I watched this workshop so I become a Teacher Trainer.To be evaluated I presented two workshops in theoretical and practical level.The theoretical workshop was about Movement Principles and in the practical workshop I presented exercises in the levels of beginner,intermediate,advanced and super advanced.

2018: 2 day workshop,duration of 13 hours of Classical Pilates in which I watched Mejo Wiggin,Brett Howard,Moses Urbano,Dorothea Vandewalle and Jerome Weinberg in all of the equipment of pilates.(Mat,Reformer,Cadillac,Tower, High Chair,Wunda Chair,Barrels).

2014-2015: I Teacher in society of people with Multiple Sclerosis in cooperation with Pilates Instructor Eleftheria Rizou.

2015:

-Pre & Post Natal workshop of Base Training with Pilates Instructor Lee Morgan.

-Pilates ans Osteoporosis workshop with Pilates Instructor Katherine Tsebelis in NYSY Studio.

-Bosu workshop with Pilates Instructor Anestis Sinoplis.

-First Aid workshop with Rescue Training International.

-Foam Roller workshop with Grafts.

Marilenia teaches at The Secret Place,Pilates Studio since 2018.She is a devoted teacher who emphasises in details.She organises her lessons in advance and she has always an interesting plan for each student which aims to personal somatic progress.
