Natasa was certified as a Pilates instructor through Jenny Colbourne’s Illium Centre of Light in Athens where she was specialized in teaching both Mat and Equipment Pilates. She also studied Certified Sports and Science in the Democritus University of Thraki specialized in tennis. Additionally, she is a qualified trx trainer with diploma from A.F.Studies. She has also attended several programs and seminars related to the New Technologies in Physical Education and Sport and has experience in organizing competitions and training both for adults and children. She speaks English fluently and is characterized by flexibility and straightforward.
