Method
Pilates is a holistic approach to exercise that is based on the control, the breath, the flow and the accuracy of motion. In The Secret Place, we apply the original method of Joseph Pilates with respect to the needs of each body. We're working on specialized Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, etc.), with guidance that focuses on quality and not on quantity.
Here, each session becomes a tool of self-awareness – not just a gym, but a healing experience.
Mat Pilates
The Mat Pilates-based exercises on the mat, with the use of props (tires, balls, rings). Focuses on the control of the centre, stability, breathing and alignment. Perfect for beginners and advanced, the Mat is the basis of the method, suitable for strengthening, agility, and recovery.
Types Of Courses
- Private: Completely personalized lesson, with full use of equipment and staff exercises.
- Duet: Two trainees share the session with custom workouts for everyone.
- Group Equipment: Up to 4 people in a small group with apparatus, ideal for continuous progress.
- Mat Pilates: On a mattress, with a focus on control of the body and flow, with or without props.

What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons. The lessons are made with socks or barefoot.

Yes – with the right guidance and the right equipment, Pilates is an excellent recovery tool.
How often can I come over?
