H Eva was born and raised in Athens, greece. The relationship with the dance started from a very young age, as she was trained from the 3.5 years of the Royal Academy of Dance, completing all educational levels. At the same time, she trained in modern dance, following the I system.S.T.D.

After successful tests in the Ministry of Culture and Sport, was introduced with a scholarship in Higher Professional Dance School "Xaris Mantafounis – Xoroxronos", from where he graduated with Honors from the Department of Teachers of Dance. He is also a certified teacher of the method of Progressing Ballet Technique, which focuses on the improvement of the technique to the classic ballet.

In the field of Pilates, she has completed training in the method Base Training (Mat & Equipment), by the practice of exercise in physical therapy office, which offered a significant qualifications in anatomy and rehabilitation through movement.

It is additionally a graduate of the Department of Education and Treatment of Pre-school Age at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Special Education and Education, which allows her to reach out with sensitivity and scientific approach to the needs of any practitioner, regardless of age or capabilities.

He has been involved in professional theatre and dance festival and continues to receive training consistently, and attending seminars by renowned dancers, teachers and teachers of Pilates.

Eva teaches classical ballet, modern dance, Progressing Ballet Technique and Pilates in children, adolescents and adults, with enthusiasm, consistency and love for art and education.
