Alexandra Likeridou is a dance teacher and a certified teacher of Pilates, with studies in Higher Professional Dance School of Niki Kontaxaki, the State School of Dance Art, as well as the Merce Cunningham Dance Foundation, New York.

As a dancer, he won a scholarship to the Summer School of the famous school of “jacob's Pillow” on The.E.A. and has attended numerous seminars contemporary dance with internationally recognized artists, such as:
Gavin Webber, Ultima Vez, Trina Thompson, Juan Cruz Diaz and Jozef Frucer.

The training in Pilates is just as extensive, as it is certified by the Balanced Body University of Sacramento, California, and has attended seminars on yoga, Release Technique (with Debora Saxon), Horton Technique (in Vienna), and other techniques of physical expression, and conscious movement.

Since 2009 she teaches Pilates with instruments and Mat Pilates in a recognized dance studio and wellness.

In parallel with the training, the Alexandra has a significant artistic development. She has taught dance at well-known centres and schools such as the Centre for the Study of Dance Izadoras & Raimondou Duncan, the schools of "Elisavet Georgoudi", "Xoreeivin" and "Sappho Potamianou".

He founded the group of modern dance "Cinnamon", with stakes in numerous festivals, and collaborated with the National Opera, presenting performances at the Odeon of herodes atticus, such as "Carmen" and "Touradot". He was also a member of the groups Analysis Dance Company, Omad@nce, the team of Niki Kontaxaki, as well as the ΑΕΝΑΟΝ Daniel Lommel.

Today, Alexandra teaches Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates in The Secret Place of Pilates Studio, bringing with her a deep artistic approach to movement and body awareness.
