Despina Gizi was born in Athens and grew up in Pangrati. The first contact with the Pilates started at a young age, looking for a way to improve the physics of the situation and to cope with mild scoliosis. The positive changes in the body of the inspired to be devoted essentially to this practice and to impart knowledge to others.
In 2005 she started her training at the Pilates Matsoon it continued with the full certification in school BASI (Body Arts and Science International) the Rael Isacowitz. There, she specialized in both the Mat and Pilates Equipment, under the guidance of internationally recognised masters such as Richard Orbach and Jennifer Reigle.

In the last few years, the Lady has developed a special preoccupation with matters relating to the stability of the torso, the alignment of the spine, and relief from discomfort in the neck and back through specialized Pilates exercises. Continues her training, having attended seminars and workshops in Greece and abroad, near the top teachers such as Rael Isacowitz, Karen Clippinger, Alan Herdman and others.
With a combination of scientific knowledge, technical precision, and personal care, Despina offers an experience of Pilates that strengthens not only the body but also the spirit, with safety, inspiration, and authenticity.
