Rania came in contact with Pilates in 2004, during her studies at University, and since then he was captivated by the philosophy and the benefits of the method in the body and well-being.
Completed the training program teaching Pilates (mat, props, equipment) Jenny Colebourne the Ilium Centre of Light, with a maturity of three years and 1000 hours. Since 2015 teaches individual lessons and small groups.
Continuing to evolve, he has attended specialized courses, such as:
- Body Mind Centering with Janet Amato
- Trigger Points and Anatomy with Katerina Moustaka
- Pilates with Solange Mignoton
- Experiential Anatomy with Apostolia Papadamaki
In addition, he holds a first degree in Reiki.
The approach to teaching is based on the conscious movement, with the aim of identifying the gradual correction of dysfunctions and imbalances in the body, through a dialogue of trust with her students.
Rania is a Phd Architect and urban Planner of the National Technical University of athens.
